Each individual may hold only one megg88 account. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and result in the suspension of all associated accounts pending investigation.
All transactions on megg88 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs if they fund their account from a non-MYR source.
Use of automated betting software, exploiting software errors, collusion, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited. megg88 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where unfair play is detected.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
megg88 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by any person under 21 years of age. This is a non-negotiable requirement. Any account found to be held by an underage individual will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
2.1 To register and maintain an Account on megg88, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction; (c) not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by megg88 or any regulatory body; and (d) not be acting on behalf of any other person.
2.2 megg88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in Account suspension.
2.3 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2.1. If any representation proves to be false, megg88 may void all bets placed and close the Account without notice.
2.4 Players are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction. megg88 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
3.1 Each Player may register only one Account on megg88. The existence of multiple Accounts linked to the same individual — whether by name, address, payment method, IP address, or device — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Any material misrepresentation — including a false name, address, or date of birth — entitles megg88 to close the Account and void any pending or settled bets.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. All activity conducted through your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.
3.4 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify megg88 immediately via Live Chat or email. megg88 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of Account credentials where the Player failed to notify megg88 promptly.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on megg88 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, and selected bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as USDT TRC20. Available methods may vary from time to time without prior notice.
4.2 Deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from third-party payment sources are prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
4.3 megg88 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, for which megg88 bears no responsibility.
4.4 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. megg88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
4.5 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawal of real-money funds while an active bonus is attached to the Account may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated bonus-derived winnings.
5.1 All bets placed on megg88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. Rules for sportsbook markets, live casino games, slot titles, and fisher games are displayed within each respective game or market interface.
5.2 A bet is confirmed and binding upon receipt of an electronic confirmation from the megg88 system. Bets placed during periods of technical malfunction — where the malfunction caused an incorrect price or outcome to be displayed — may be voided at megg88's discretion.
5.3 megg88 reserves the right to void, suspend, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects match manipulation, arbitrage betting, exploitation of pricing errors, or any other form of betting misconduct.
5.4 In-play bets are accepted subject to prevailing live odds at the time of bet placement. megg88 does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets and may suspend in-play betting on any market without notice.
5.5 The settlement of bets is final once confirmed by megg88. Errors in settlement will be corrected within a reasonable timeframe, and the corrected result will stand. Players should report apparent settlement errors promptly to the customer support team.
6.1 megg88 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published on the megg88 Promotions page, including minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry dates.
6.2 Bonuses are personal to the registered Account holder and may not be transferred. Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the relevant promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
6.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts to claim a promotion more than once, collusion with other Players to satisfy wagering requirements, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. megg88 reserves the right to withhold or recover bonus funds and associated winnings in such circumstances and to close the Account permanently.
6.4 megg88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that rights already accrued by Players prior to such modification shall not be retrospectively affected.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the megg88 Platform:
7.2 Any violation of Clause 7.1 entitles megg88 to immediately suspend the Account, void all pending and settled bets, forfeit any Balance, and report the conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.
8.1 megg88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including for reasons of regulatory compliance, security concerns, breach of these Terms, or inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
8.2 Where an Account is closed for regulatory or compliance reasons, megg88 will endeavour to return any legitimate real-money Balance to the Player after completing any required verification or investigation processes.
8.3 A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the megg88 customer support team. Where the closure request is made as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion request, megg88 will process the closure promptly and apply appropriate measures to prevent re-registration during the nominated exclusion period.
8.4 Dormant Accounts — those with no login activity for a period exceeding 12 months — may be subject to a dormancy fee as notified to the Player by email prior to its application, with any remaining Balance returned upon Player request at any time.

9.2 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature, which prevents access to the megg88 Platform for a nominated period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are not reversible during the nominated exclusion period.
9.3 megg88 reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming restrictions — including mandatory deposit limits or temporary account suspensions — on Accounts that display indicators of problem gambling behaviour, acting in the interest of Player welfare.

10.1 All content on the megg88 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and user interface designs — is the intellectual property of megg88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No other right or licence is granted.
10.3 Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of megg88 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
11.1 The megg88 Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While megg88 endeavours to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, it does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, megg88 shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) indirect, consequential, or special damages; (c) loss or corruption of data; or (d) any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform.
11.3 megg88's total liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits megg88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which megg88 holds its gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the megg88 Platform, you agree to first contact the megg88 customer support team to seek an informal resolution.
12.3 If an informal resolution cannot be achieved within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant regulatory authority overseeing megg88's gaming licence. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
12.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, megg88 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
13.1 megg88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change.
13.2 Your continued use of the megg88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
